Prison for drunk driver convicted of killing 70-year-old man

he man convicted in a deadly drunk driving accident was sentenced to prison on Thursday.

Charles Dukes, 60, was sentenced to the maximum five years in prison.

On January 4, 2013, Dukes drove drunk in the area of East 155th and Harvard Avenue in Cleveland and struck a vehicle driven by the 70-year-old victim, Thomas M. Thomas, killing him.
