Grand Jury issues new charges against Bedford judge

Cleveland – Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty has announced that Bedford Municipal Court Judge Harry Jacob III was indicted today by the Grand Jury on another five counts.
 
The Grand Jury charged Jacob with two counts of Tampering with Evidence, one count of Tampering with Records, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools and one misdemeanor count of Failure to Report a Felony.

These new charges are in addition to those announced on December 19, 2013. At that time, the Grand Jury charged Jacob with four felonies: one count of Bribery and three counts of Promoting Prostitution. Jacob was also indicted on six counts of Soliciting, a misdemeanor.
