Pair suspected of selling lethal heroin-fentanyl mixture face involuntary manslaughter charges


CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office has filed criminal complaints against two men arrested late Wednesday accusing them of selling a lethal mix of heroin and fentanyl that killed a 35-year-old man this week.

Ralph and Rafael Rivera Torres II, of Cleveland, face charges of involuntary manslaughter and several counts of drug trafficking. They are accused of causing the death of Christopher Vance, who died Tuesday in a Fulton Road apartment.

They are expected to appear in court Monday afternoon.
