Join us for a free, day-long conference discussing the Confrontation Clause and the preparation, argument, and impact of the case Ohio v. Clark, argued before the United States Supreme Court on March 2, 2015 and decided in a unanimous decision on June 18, 2015. This training will take place in Grand Ballroom A at the Cleveland Convention Center located at One Saint Claire Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio on Friday, March 4th, 2016.
We are looking forward to presentations by those directly involved in the case against Darius Clark, as well as practical presentations on preparing and questioning child victims, the history and future of the Confrontation Clause, and the impact of the Confrontation Clause on child victims.
