Gang Member Sentenced to 15 Years for Murder

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley announced that Antowine Palmer, a known member of the Heartless Felons, received a 15-year sentence for the 2015 murder of a rival gang member.

On the heels of last week’s federal conviction for a series of carjackings in Tremont, Palmer, 24, plead in Common Pleas Court to Involuntary Manslaughter and Discharging into Habitation for the death of 22-year-old Arthur Davis III.

Both Palmer and Davis were members of rival Heartless Felon sects who had a violent feud in the summer of 2015. Davis, from the Fleet sect, drove into Palmer’s Broadway sect, where Palmer and an unknown male opened fire on his vehicle.

Palmer went on to commit a string of violent carjackings in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood and was sentenced to 14 ½ years in federal prison. Both sentences will be served consecutively.
