Darrell McClendon gets 15 years in prison for compelling women to engage in prostitution

CLEVELAND - A Cleveland judge told a man convicted of using heroin to compel women into prostitution that he had "Castro'd" the victims during a sentencing hearing Wednesday.

Judge David T. Matia sentenced Darrell McClendon, 48, to the maximum sentence of 15 years. McClendon must also register as a level II sex offender.
