Meet the Criminal Non-Support Team
Kristine began her career with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in 1998. She has held APA positions in Child Support Enforcement, Juvenile Delinquency, General Felony, and Grand Jury and has successfully argued before the 8th District Court of Appeals. In 2003, Kristine was appointed to the position of Grand Jury Supervisor and in 2007, she was appointed to her current position as CNS Supervisor. Kristine is a graduate of Kent State University and Akron School of Law.
Gittel Chaiko, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Gittel joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in 2009, after earning a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She earned a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Russian from Miami University. Currently, she is responsible for handling criminal non-support cases before the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court and the Eighth District Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the Criminal Non-Support Unit, Ms. Chaiko was part of the General Felony and Juvenile Divisions. She also volunteers with the Jewish Federation and Hebrew Free Loan Association.
Justine Dionisopoulos, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
In September 2005, Justine was hired at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office as an APA in the Children & Family Services Unit. Since then, she has held positions in Juvenile, General Felony, and Grand Jury. Currently, she is an APA in the CNS Unit where she presents cases in the Grand Jury, Common Pleas Court, and argues before the 8th District Court of Appeals. Justine received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall. She is a lector, Eucharistic Minister, and serves on the Parish Finance Council at her church. Justine is also a volunteer at the Hospice of the Western Reserve and Eucharistic Minister at Parma Medical Center.
