Gregory Mussman, Juvenile Justice Division Supervisor

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Gregory J. Mussman joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in 2007. Greg was previously assigned as the General Felony Unit Supervisor for Region 1 and prior to that, he was part of the the Major Trial Unit where he prosecuted homicides and serious sexual assault cases. He was also frequently assigned to prosecute matters of white collar crime and public corruption. Greg is cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) for the Northern District of Ohio where he works with members of the F.B.I. Violent Crimes Task Force to prosecute violent offenders with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in federal court. Prior to joining the office, Greg was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office in Painesville, Ohio. Greg’s educational background focused on criminal justice. He received his J.D. from Cleveland State University. He also earned his B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and an A.A.S. in Law Enforcement Technology from the University of Toledo.


Scott Zarzycki, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (Juvenile Gang Intake)


Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Scott Zarzycki joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office after receiving his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also has earned his B.S. in Education from Ohio University, graduating with honors. He is responsible for litigating some of the most serious offenses before the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, including rapes and homicides. He regularly argues before the Eighth District Court of Appeals. Prior to receiving his J.D., he was a law clerk with the Prosecutor’s Office, researching and writing for the Appeals Unit. Scott also served as research assistant for Professor Phyllis Crocker at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school he published a Note, A Current Look at Ohio’s Juvenile Justice System on the 100th Anniversary of the Juvenile Court, 46 Cleve. St. L. Rev. 627 (2000). Prior to law school, he worked as a substitute teacher in multiple school districts in the Cleveland area.


Lynn Alazem, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Lynn Alazem joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office in 2015 as a Post-Graduate Fellow and as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Justice Unit in 2016. Lynn received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Political Science and Sociology. During her law school curriculum, Lynn was chosen amongst her law school class as the recipient of the National Bureau of Labor and Employment Law Award for her excellence in academic achievement and scholarly work in the field of Labor and Employment Law as well as the Dean's Award for Election Law. Prior to joining the Prosecutor's Office, Lynn worked for the Federal National Labor Relations Board and the Michigan Attorney General's Office as a Law Clerk.


Latina Bailey, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Latina Bailey joined the Prosecutor’s Office in November 2010, after receiving her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She earned her B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Cleveland State University and earned her M.P.A. from Cleveland State University in May 2014. She is currently in the Juvenile Justice Unit and is responsible for charging complaints, arraignments, litigating, and assisting in numerous cases before the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division. Prior experience includes working in the Child Support Enforcement Unit, where she enforced child support and spousal support orders, established and enforced interstate child support orders through the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act. Latina volunteers in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association 3Rs program. Latina was awarded the YMCA Triangle Award for her volunteer work at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland. Latina is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Black Prosecutors Association.

Daniel Bollinger, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Daniel Bollinger joined the Prosecutor’s Office in July 2015. He received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and earned his B.S. in Political Science and History from Indiana Wesleyan University. After law school, Daniel worked in a business litigation firm and focused his practice on construction litigation. He is currently in the Juvenile Justice Unit and is responsible for charging complaints and assisting in cases before the Juvenile Court. Daniel is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Daniel also currently serves as an officer in the Ohio Army National Guard, and he deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 as a part of Operation Enduring Freedom.


Chadwick Cleveland, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Chad joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office as a law clerk in May 2013. He began as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in April 2016. Chad graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 2011 and received his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in May 2015.

Sheree Collins, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Sheree Collins originally joined the office as a Law Clerk in August 2013 and became an  Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Juvenile Justice Unit in December 2015. Sheree received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law after receiving her Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University - Levin College of Urban Affairs, and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Political Science and American Studies from Case Western Reserve University. As a Cleveland Native, she is passionate about giving back to the community, so she engages in various volunteer activities such as the 3Rs Program through the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Sheree is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society. Prior to working for the Office of the Prosecutor, Sheree worked as a Banker and Teller Manager for Charter One Bank (now Citizens Bank) and she was part of the Executive Committee for the National Youth Sports Program hosted on Case's campus.


Racheal Fuller, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Racheal Fuller is an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Justice Unit. She has been with the office since June 2014. Racheal attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. She graduated Magna Cum Laude after three years with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. After college, Racheal worked as a Freedom of Information Officer at the District Attorney’s Office of Kings County in Brooklyn, New York. Racheal obtained her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Litigation & Dispute Resolution from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she graduated with honors in 2012. While in Law School, Racheal was a senior editor on the Journal of International Law, Founder and President of the Immigration Law & Policy Association and Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. She was also a certified legal intern in the Milton Kramer Law Clinic, where she represented clients in both misdemeanor and felony cases. While in law school, Racheal worked as a law clerk at Philip Eichorn Co., LPA, where she handled immigration and criminal defense cases.

After law school, Racheal worked at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice as a post graduate fellow. Before starting at the Prosecutor’s Office, Racheal worked at the Cleveland Bar Association as a Marketing Assistant and a Principal Attorney at The Fuller Defense Firm. She also was a member of the Bar’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee where she investigated reports of unauthorized legal practices in Ohio. Racheal is the founder and CEO of Full of C.L.A.S.S., LLC, a non-profit organization that she started with her husband to provide career development, mentoring and guidance for underprivileged youth entering or striving to enter the professional arena.


James Gallagher, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney James Gallagher joined the Prosecutor’s Office in April 2015, after receiving his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2014. James earned his B.S.B.A. in Operations Management and Logistics from The Ohio State University in 2011. James is currently assigned to the Juvenile Justice Unit. James was a law clerk with the Prosecutor’s Office throughout his law school career and clerked for the Appeals Unit and the Major Trial Unit. James is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.


Julie Golem, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Julie is a 2014 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Before that, she graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in History. Beginning in December 2014, Julie has been assigned to the Juvenile Justice Unit where she prosecutes juvenile offenders charged with all varieties of delinquencies under Ohio law. Before she became a prosecutor, Julie worked as a law clerk for the Appeals and Economic Crimes Units in the office for two years.


Yasmine M. Hasan, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney


Yasmine graduated early from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2015. Before that, she graduated from Cleveland State University with a B.S. in Health Sciences and a B.A. in Psychology. Yasmine joined the Office as a law clerk in May of 2015 where she did work for the Major Trial, Appeals, and General Felony Units. Prior to joining the Office, Yasmine worked in civil defense, health law, financial compliance, and for Lakewood Law Department. Yasmine is currently assigned to the Juvenile Justice Unit at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office.

Lakesha Johnson, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney LaKesha Johnson joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office after receiving her J.D. from University of Akron School of Law. She also has earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University. Upon joining the office, she was assigned to the Child Support Enforcement Unit and Juvenile Unit prior to her current assignment in the General Felony Unit. She is responsible for litigating numerous cases before the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and the Eighth District Court of Appeals. She has been with the office since October of 2011. Prior to receiving her J.D., she also was a law clerk at the law firm of Hall & Kirkland in Georgia, a law clerk for Trumbull County Probate Court, and law clerk for the Akron Law Department, Civil Division.

Diva Kass, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Diva Kass joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office in 2015 after earning her J.D. at the University of Notre Dame Law School. Kass also received her Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and her B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the Prosecutor's Office, Kass completed legal externships at the Sexual Assault Legal Institute and SurvJustice, and was a counselor for victims of domestic violence and their children. Kass is currently assigned to the Juvenile Justice Unit.

 

Sean Kilbane, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Sean Kilbane joined the Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Division in December of 2014. He earned his J.D. in May of 2014 from Capital University in Columbus, OH. During his time at Capital University, he served as an Articles Editor for the Capital University Law Review. As an Articles Editor, Sean was published in Capital’s Law Review Journal on an issue of aerial surveillance and surrounding Fourth Amendment issues. During his third year of Law School, Sean had the opportunity to serve as an extern for the Honorable Algenon L. Marbley, who serves as a Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Sean received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton in 2010.


Joanna N. López, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Joanna López joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office Juvenile Justice Unit in October 2007 after serving as an Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Cleveland. She received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She also has earned her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to receiving her J.D., she also was a law clerk for the Juvenile Division of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Ohio Lottery Commission, and Cleveland Metroparks. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter and volunteered for 3Rs (Rights, Responsibilities, and Realities) for the past 5 years. She has a strong background in working with youth. She was an instructor for the Law and Leadership Academy, tutored elementary students, has served as a mentor, and occasionally speaks on panels targeting youth.


Brian Lynch, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Brian Lynch joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutors’ Office in March 2015. Brian earned his B.A. in History from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2007. He earned his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2010. Prior to joining the office, Brian served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Wayne County Prosecutors’ Office. Brian is a Captain in the Army Reserve JAG Corp, spending roughly three years on active duty. Brian deployed to Afghanistan for nine months in 2012/2013 as an advisor at the Bagram Detention Center and Afghan National Security Court. During his time deployed, Brian led a team of Afghan prosecutors in trials against more than 230 Taliban, Haqqani Network, and Hez-b-Islami members.


Jeffrey Maver, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Jeffrey Maver joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in February 2015 after receiving both his J.D. and Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining the CCPO, Jeff worked in Dayton with distinguished cyber law expert Susan Brenner in the areas of cybercrime, cyberwar and cyberterrorism. Jeff is a native of Cuyahoga County, growing up and going to high school in Olmsted Falls.


Geoffrey Minter, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Geoffrey Minter joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in December 2014 after receiving his J.D. from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. Geoff also received his M.P.A. at The Ohio State University and received his B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William and Mary. Prior to passing the bar exam, he served as a law clerk with the Felony division of the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office and as a law clerk with the Juvenile Justice Unit here at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. Geoff currently serves as a prosecutor in the Juvenile Justice Unit.


Caitlin Monter, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Caitlin Monter joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in 2015 after receiving her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Caitlin is currently responsible for prosecuting delinquency cases in the Juvenile Justice Unit. Before she became an assistant prosecuting attorney, Caitlin was a law clerk for the General Felony Unit and Economic Crimes Unit in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, as well as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Patrick F. Corrigan.

Branislav Pandurevic, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Branislav (“Ben”) Pandurevic joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office after receiving his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also earned his B.A. from Cleveland State University with dual majors in Political Science and History. He has taught Special Needs children and is currently involved with Cleveland Public School’s 3R’s program. He is responsible for the charging of complaints. He also has been assigned to courtrooms within Juvenile Court where he has tried numerous delinquency traffic cases.


Ted Parran, III, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Ted Parran joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in July of 2015 after receiving his J.D. from CWRU School of Law and LL.M. from Loyola University-Chicago School of Law. He also received a B.A. in History from St. Louis University, and attended St. Ignatius High School.



Cletus Pulliam, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Cletus joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in 2014. He is committed to zealously advocate for the citizens of Cuyahoga County. Prior to joining the office, Cletus was the Judicial Attorney for the Honorable Judge Annalisa S. Williams of the Akron Municipal Court. He graduated from Youngstown State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In addition, he received his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law. During law school, Cletus was an assistant editor for the Akron Law Review and the Production Editor for the Akron Journal of Constitutional Law and Policy. Cletus is a veteran and proudly served in the United States Marines Corps.


Shannon M. Raley, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Shannon M. Raley joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in June 2014. She received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in May 2012, where she served as an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Her Note, Tweaking Tinker: Redefining an Outdated Standard for the Internet Era, was published in the Law Review’s 59th volume. She earned her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in May 2009, where she majored in both English and Theology. She currently works in the Juvenile Justice Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office. Prior to joining the Office, she worked in private practice representing the interests of both commercial and individual clients in various litigation and transactional matters.


Jillian Snyder, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Jillian Snyder joined the office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in 2015. Jillian received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in History and Political Science. Jillian is currently assigned to the Juvenile Justice Unit.


Justin Washburne, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Justin Washburne joined the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s in February 2015 and currently works in the Juvenile Justice Unit. Justin earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2014 and his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2008. Justin is also a proud graduate of James Ford Rhodes high school.

During law school, Justin served as an Articles Editor on the Cleveland State Law Review and tutored fellow law students as a Fellow in the school’s Academic Excellence program. He also worked as an extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Solomon Oliver in the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to joining CCPO, Justin worked as a clerk in the Medina County Prosecutor’s Office, primarily drafting appellate briefs.
